Convenient location, responsive reception, comfortable and value-for-money. Had a broken shower head, but it was promptly fixed. Enjoyed the bustling city atmosphere and people-watching view. Polite and friendly staff, with all amenities nearby. Spacious apartment, just lacking WiFi.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better - right next to a busy train station and really close to the shopping centre. The hotel facilities were modern and spacious, with large rooms at a good price. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially Martin at reception. He went above and beyond to make our stay even better. The hotel's proximity to transportation and its central location in this city were major advantages.
